Anonymous Reporting
Texas Tech University offers anonymous reporting of student-related concerns through Real Response. You can submit a report by text message or by scanning the QR code below. Your name and phone number are not revealed through the reporting system.
A staff member will review the report, may ask follow-up questions through the anonymous system and will route the concern to the appropriate university office when additional action is needed.
Emergency or Immediate Safety Concern?
If someone is in immediate danger, call 911.
For non-emergency police assistance, contact the Texas Tech Police Department at 1 (806) 742-3931.
Submit an Anonymous Report
Use Real Response only when you want to remain anonymous. Do not submit an anonymous concern through the other Raider Report forms. Using a standard reporting form without your contact information may limit the university's ability to follow up or address the concern.

How Anonymous Reporting Works
What Happens After You Submit
- Send a text to 1 (806) 454-7867 or scan the QR code above.
- You will receive an automated confirmation that your message was received.
- A staff member may respond through Real Response if additional information or clarification is needed.
- The concern will be referred to the appropriate university office, such as the Office of the Dean of Students, Office of Student Conduct or another responsible office.
- University staff will review the concern and determine the appropriate next steps.
What to Include
Provide as much information as you can. Helpful details include:
- What happened
- When it happened
- Where it happened
- Who was involved or affected
- Any other details that may help staff understand the concern
