Research Posters

Acceptable Formats

• Microsoft Powerpoint
• PDF – As long as the image size is set correctly.

Note: We can not accept posters designed in Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft Word, or any other format.

Technology Services staff is not responsible for typographical errors or corrections that need to be made after the poster has been designed. If the customer would like to redesign a poster, he/she will have to pay the additional amount.

Payment

• Students must pay for their posters in the Technology Services office (room 306B).
• Faculty, Staff, and Graduate Students may charge their designs to the department, but must first receive approval from the department business manager. An account number must be presented before the poster can be designed.
